Solar Cells Transfer Equipment

• ・Detect passing of the cassette on a transfer equipment for solar cells.

• ・Want to stably sense colored solar cell cassettes.
• ・Need a sensor allowing variations in the cassette’s position depending on the conveyor.

(Issues)
Color coding of solar cell cassettes varies depending on the equipment user.
General reflective sensors may not be able to stably sense any objects of low reflectance such as colored in black.　

• ・Adopted model:
  Light convergent reflective sensor B5W-LB2112-1
• ・This sensor is optically designed to detect objects with low reflectivity, such as transparent plastic and black. Therefore, it is useful for detecting cassettes of various colors.
• ・Since the sensing range for various objects is wide, the positional variation of the cassette is also acceptable to some extent. See the fugues below.
• ・The indicator lamp available type is helpful for applications that require sensor mounting adjustment and operation confirmation during maintenance. B5W-LB1114-1/2114-1
